Trusty Creator / Information

Your data rights

A practical guide to making a privacy request under the GDPR.

1. Make a request

Email support@trustycreator.com, preferably from the email address linked to your account. Say which right you want to exercise and identify any relevant account, project or social connection. No special form or legal wording is required.

Sergio Escosa Rodriguez handles requests for Trusty Creator. You do not need to sign in to read these instructions or make a request. Do not send a password, payment-card information or a copy of your passport. If identity checks are necessary, we will ask only for proportionate information.

2. What you can ask for

  • Access: confirmation of processing, a copy of your personal data and information about its use.
  • Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete account, project or verification information.
  • Deletion: remove data where it is no longer needed or another legal ground for erasure applies.
  • Restriction: limit processing while accuracy, lawfulness or an objection is assessed, where applicable.
  • Portability: receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where processing is automated and based on consent or contract; request transmission to another controller where technically feasible.
  • Objection: object on grounds relating to your situation to processing based on legitimate interests. Any direct-marketing objection must be respected.
  • Consent withdrawal and review: withdraw consent for optional processing and request human review of scoring or verification concerns. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

3. Account and social-data deletion

There is currently no self-service full-account export or deletion button. These requests are handled manually. Profile editing and social disconnection are available in your dashboard; disconnecting is not the same as deleting the stored social record.

For a social-data request, specify Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. You can also revoke permission with that provider; Google connections can be managed through Google account permissions. Revocation stops the provider permission but does not itself erase copies already held by Trusty Creator.

We assess account data, uploaded files, social records and tokens, support correspondence and relevant provider records. Some payment, tax or dispute records may need to remain for a lawful purpose. We will explain any limits and retention reasons. Changing profile visibility does not remove previously shared public portfolio URLs or copies held elsewhere.

4. How we respond

We respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving a request. For complex or numerous requests, the GDPR permits up to two additional months; we must explain the extension and reasons within the first month.

Requests are normally free. Any refusal, limitation or fee must have a lawful basis and will be explained, together with your complaint and court remedies. We protect other people’s information when providing copies, and use a suitable secure method rather than publicly accessible files.

5. Complaints and more information

You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or another competent data-protection authority, including in the country where you live or work. You may also seek a judicial remedy. Contacting us first is optional.

Our Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, recipients, cookies and retention criteria. For project or payment issues, use Support.
